When you buy a new C.Scope Metal Detector you are covered by our 24months parts and labour guarantee. This covers you for defects in materials and manufacturing. You then have an additional cover for 36months on just the component parts of your detector.
Batteries, accessories, accidental damage, neglect and abuse are not covered by the guarantee.
Repairs are carried out during this warranty period when the detector is returned to us and accompanied by a letter describing the problem.
If you upgrade your C.Scope Metal detector and sell your original model, the balance of the guarantee can be transferred to the new owner.
Our Customer Service Department will be happy to provide a quotation for repairs outside of the warranty period or for repairs that are not covered by the guarantee. A full quotation can be provided once we have inspected your detector.
