Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We reserve the right to decline any order at our option.
We accept credit card payment. We will only ship to the registered cardholder address.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Shipping And Handling
The UK shipping charge is £6.95 inc VAT per detector. Shipping on export orders is charged at cost which will be quoted in our order confirmation.
Shipping on small items is charged at a lower cost which will be quoted in our order confirmation.
UK VAT at 17.5% is charged on shipments within the EC area.

Delivery Schedule
You will ALWAYS receive an email confirming your order, the amount to be charged to your credit card and the expected delivery time. You have the option to cancel your order without penalty at any time prior to shipment.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the estimated delivery date and be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
C.Scope metal detectors are warranted against manufacturing defects as defined in the written guarantee provided with each detector.
Shipping charges to and from the C.Scope factory are specifically excluded. Please contact C.Scope for advice if you feel that your detector needs to be returned for any reason.
